Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)

NLP looks at how you organise your thoughts and perceive the world.

What does someone do or say (especially to themselves) to achieve excellence or set themselves up for failure?

How do people communicate with each other and what are the barriers to that communication?

Do you have to deal with a lot of 'difficult' people in your work or social life - and are there ways you can make it easier to communicate with them?

If you're nervous about something, the chances are that you make yourself even more nervous by a combination of some of the following:

  • you vividly imagine what could go wrong
  • you talk to yourself about all the pitfalls
  • you get a bad feeling about how things are going to go

Time LineĀ® Therapy

This is an extension of NLP and can be used in conjunction with Hypnosis.

It looks at how you organise your memories and, by simple guided talks, takes you back to your past or forward to your future, to deal with your issues.
